ALBANIA MAXI ENDURO

Meeting of the participants with the motorcycle guide from Italy to the Port of Ancona at 04:00 pm for bureaucratic procedures and boarding on the ferry to Durres. Departure from the port of Ancona at 07:00 pm with accommodation in an internal double cabin. Free dinner on board. Overnight stay.

Breakfast on board. Arrival at the port of Durres scheduled for 11:00 am.
Carrying out port practices, take out vehicle insurance for those who have not included Albania in the green card (obtained immediately out of port). Meeting with the local motorcycle guide and departure towards Kamez where you will be able to organize the support vehicle in tow and make a first check of the motorcycle before crossing Tirana and begin our adventure towards Mait Dajit. Group test on a ring route of about 70 km of a dirt track at high altitude and first overnight stay in a tented camp at artificial pools created with river barriers, with an adjoining typical restaurant where you will have dinner.

Outdoor breakfast. Departure for the mountains, you will return to the altitude to take the track that will take you through the Martanesh area to Kraste, a mining town where you will stop for a lunch / snack in a miners' room. After the stop you will walk along a 55 km ring of carriageable stony ground to visit the lakes and installations of the anti-aircraft of the communist regime now abandoned. Descent on a dirt track to the citadel of Bulqize (last 4 km on asphalt) where you will spend the night in the hotel-Guesthouse and you will have typical Albanian products from the surrounding countryside in its excellent restaurant on the ground floor.

Robust breakfast at the hotel and departure for an excursion on the remains of the ancient Via Egnatia, the continuation of the Appian Way in the Balkans which in imperial times led to Constantinople, a sliding dirt road with well-planted stretches of stones that leads us to Burrel, where you can eat something and refuel. Transfer on newly built asphalt that runs alongside Lake Rreshen winding through the coves of the branches of this artificial basin on a beautiful road to drive. You will then continue on a sliding dirt track that will take you to Puke where you spend the night at a mountain refuge with an adjoining farm and craft brewery.

Robust breakfast. You will continue on a dirt track for about 70 km and you will slide dirt roads to visit the Kaftall area known for the red sandstone concretions that give the landscape a "Martian" appearance and then get to Fierze where you will have lunch at a lakeside restaurant. Boarding for boat excursion in the wonderful fjords of the lake. The departure of the ferry is scheduled for 01.00 pm with arrival around 05:.00 pm in Koman. End of off-road excursion and relax stop with fresh beer on the shore of the lake of Vau-i-dejes and subsequent transfer to the hotel in Mjede on asphalt (about 3 km)

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Theth National Park, by far one of the most beautiful places in the whole Albana. 200 km route, half on demanding stony and half on asphalt road. Lunch at mountain farm with own production at zero km and a further 16 km of sliding dirt track up to the pass at 1800 meters above sea level where you will spend the night in a bivouac.

Breakfast in a bivouac. Return to Durres. Transfer on asphalt to the beautiful Boge valley, then freeway to Durres. Arrival at the port of Durres at 2:00 pm for the handling of customs boarding formalities. Departure at 05.00 pm from the port of Durres. Free dinner and overnight stay on board in a double cabin.

Breakfast on board. Arrival at the port of Ancona scheduled for 09:00 am. Handling of customs procedures and return on motorcycle on its own behalf at home. End of services.
