FANTASTIC SICILY

Arrival in Palermo in the evening. Accommodation in a hotel. Dinner and overnight stay

Departure from the port at 9:30 a.m. - We will head inland, crossing the Piana degli Albanesi plain around the Pizzuta Reserve to then reach Sirignano, a wine-growing area, where we will have lunch in a beautiful wine resort. After lunch we stop at Segesta for a visit to the wonderful Temples and Amphitheatre. We will then reach Castellammare del Golfo and SanVito lo Capo where we will spend the night.

After breakfast at the hotel, the first stop will be the beautiful ERICE where we will stop for a visit and then reach the Marsala Salt Pans with a possible boat trip in the Stagnone. We will have lunch in a farmhouse in the vicinity of Marsala and then reach the Belice region where we will make a stop at Gibellina Vecchia at the famous Cretto di Burri dedicated to the earthquake of 1963.In the late afternoon we will reach the area of Menfi where we will spend the night.

Breakfast at the hotel. First stop in nearby Sciacca to admire the panorama from the famous Piazza Scandaliato. We will then drive along the beautiful roads of the Sicani Mountains with stops in Caltabellotta and Santo Stefano Quisquino. Beautiful roads and views are what we will encounter on our way back to the coast to reach La Scala dei Turchi. We will arrive in Agrigento in the late afternoon and spend the night at San Leone, the beach of Agrigento.

Morning dedicated to visiting the most important archaeological site in Sicily, the Valley of the Temples. In the afternoon, relaxation at the hotel, taking advantage of the splendid swimming pool or, better still, the beach. Dinner at the hotel.

First stop at Piazza Armerina to visit the famous mosaics in the Villa Romana del Casale, lunch in the surrounding area. We will then head towards Caltagirone for a visit and in the late afternoon we will reach beautiful Ragusa where we will spend the night.
Possibility of a motorbike tour after dinner in the beautiful Ibla.

Breakfast at the hotel. From Ragusa we will reach Modica with a photo stop at the beautiful belvedere where we can admire the entire city. We will then head towards Scicli, penetrating further into the Baroque part of Sicily. In the early afternoon we will reach Marzamemi, a small fishing village that has become an attraction for its charming little square. Before arriving in Syracuse we will visit Noto with its beautiful main street where churches and palaces in full Baroque style alternate.
In the late afternoon we will arrive in Syracuse where we will spend the night.

Breakfast at the hotel. From Syracuse we will head inland, passing through Ferla, an incredible village, with guided visits of the Churches, following which we will reach Buccheri and then arrive in the Lentini area for lunch. In the afternoon we will head north, first reaching Centuripe from whose belvedere we will admire Mount Etna and then reach the Rifugio Sapienza on Mount Etna. We will then descend to the valley to arrive in the Zafferana Etnea area where we will spend the night.

Breakfast at the hotel and we set off in the direction of Taormina, where we will park the bikes at the cable car, with which we will ride into the city centre for a nice visit.
We will depart towards the Alcantara Gorges for a short stop and head towards Novara di Sicilia where we will have lunch. In the afternoon we will reach Tindari, famous for its Sanctuary overlooking the sea and the view of the Aeolian Islands. A little later we will reach Patti where we will spend the night.

Breakfast at the hotel and departure in the direction of Palermo with a stop in Cefalù. Depending on the ferry times, we will see if it will be possible to organise a dinner in Palermo at the famous RosaNero Club. Embarkation in the evening for the respective destinations.
